The billing process needs improvement.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the main attractions. the hotel provided a nice breakfast buffet that was very satisfying.

My experience was dampened when it came to the billing process. The staff was not able to provide me with a bill for my second day of stay which caused some inconvenience for me as I needed it for my office records.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and many great restaurants. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms.
